In a tweet the morning after the tenth Democratic presidential debate, The New York Times columnist Charles Blow tweets that he is surprised Warren is not performing better in the Democratic primary race and that sexism appears to be at play. Blow’s comment explicitly suggests that there are gendered biases at play making it harder for Warren to find electoral success, and that a man running a similar campaign would fare better.
