The UCLA Latino Policy & Politics Initiative and its Asian American Studies Center releases a report on Latino and Asian American voting in ten Democratic primary elections. They find consistently high levels of support for Sanders among both groups and across multiple states, crediting the investments of the Sanders campaign in grassroots engagement in these communities. While these analyses do not include within-group gender differences, election reporting cites the important role that women played in Asian/Pacific Islander and Latina/o mobilization throughout election 2020, especially in support of the Biden-Harris ticket.
